Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system (CNS), which is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. Over 400,000 people have been diagnosed, My mom Sylvia McCarter being one of them. We are on a mission to support the Multiple Sclerosis Society to assist in research and finding a cure. What is your return policy?
Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund.
• All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be made via the original payment method within 7-10 days receipt of the return.
• Return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the customer.
• Restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
• All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.
We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error or misuse. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping Policy
Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to process your order. We ship orders Monday-Friday. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday, it will be processed the next business day. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to receive the order.
We use UPS ground shipment and USPS. If your shipping address is P.O. Box then you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
